James Dale Polk

A Memorial Service will be held for James Dale Polk, 84, of Coos Bay, on February 15, 2025, at 11:00 AM at Life Change Church, 200 Ackerman Ave., Coos Bay, Oregon. Pastor Dale Herring will officiate.

James was born May 10, 1940, at Porter, Texas, the son Robert & Juanita (Willis) Polk and he passed away December 14, 2024, at Coos Bay, Oregon.

He is survived by his wife Mary, of 63 years, Children: LaVern Dean, Sonya Dericco, Yvone (Sissy) Thresh, Elizabeth Humbird and Jeff Polk, Sisters; Penny Bilski and Annette Baker, 13 Grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren.

Cremation rites have been held under the direction of Nelson’s Bay Area Mortuary, 405 Elrod Ave, Coos Bay, Oregon 541/267-4216
